Mushroom smoothie

items: 1/8 or more shrooms
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup vanilla
soy milk or regular milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sliced
strawberries
2 tblsp honey
1 cup ice
blender
coffee grinder
(optional)
Grind up shrooms in coffee grinder or place in plastic bag
and crush between two books. place items in blender and puree untill smooth. great on a hot day!
Note: it is better to use soy milk only because dairy and mushrooms dont
mix.
Note: if you can grind the shrooms, that would be better, crushing
them up makes for a chunky smoothie.yuck!
