Madhatter's tea recipe
prep time: 20 min

Items: 1/8 or more mushrooms
Herbal tea of
your choice (lemon zinger works well)
honey
childrens multivitamin, ground up
lemon juice,
a few drops
fresh mint ( or mint tea )
additional spices may be added
a fine mesh strainer, or french press
Heat an appropriate quantity of water to a light simmer. Add herbal
teas, mushrooms, mint (eases the stomach), some drops of lemon juice, honey, and other ingredients. Keep this
mixture at a low low heat for about 30 mins. Strain and enjoy! tea can be kept in fridge for up to four days
