Mushroom Peanut Butter

items: 1 1/2 cups unsalted roasted peanuts

1 tblsp peanut oil -or- vegetable oil

food processor -or- blender

old peanut butter jar, cleaned out

a quarter of mushrooms

Mix the peanuts with the peanut oil, and pour the mixture into the food processor. add mushrooms. process the mixture until it's very smooth. store your peanut butter in a sealed container in the fridge. It will be good for about two weeks. adds new meaning to PB&J
