Mashed potatoes

items: 2 medium potatoes
1 stick ganja
butter
1/2 heavy cream
2 tblsp sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Dice potatoes. place 1 1/2 quarts water on high heat. when water
starts to boil add potatoes. cover and cook until tender. remove from heat and drain. melt butter in small pot. add heavy
cream and bring to a soft boil. remove from stove. mash potatoes with masher or blender. while mashing add butter and cream
mixture. when potatoes are mashed fold in sour cream. add salt and pepper. ahh just like mom used to make em'.
