Appley ganja cake

items: 3 cups flour
1 tblsp baking
powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup ganja butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs,
seperated
1/2 cup milk
8 apples, cored
and sliced into rings
Preheat oven to 350. grease cake pan. sift together flour, salt and baking
powder. beat ganja butter until smooth, for about 1 minute. gradualy add sugar to butter and beat until light and fluffy,
about 4 minutes. beat in egg yolks. stir in flour mixture and milk. beat egg whites on low speed until fluffy. increase speed
and beat until stif but not dry. fold 1/4 whites into batter. gently fold in remaining whites. pour half of the batter into
cake pan. top with apples slices. pour rest of batter over that and top with rest of apple slices. bake for 50 to 60 minutes
or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. enjoy.
