onion, diced
1 meadium
green bell pepper, diced
1 package(32oz)
frozed, cubed hash browns, thawed
1 can(12
oz) corned beef
1 tblsp
Worcestershire sauce
8 eggs
Preheat oven to 350. in a pot melt butter over medium heat. add onion
and pepper, saute for 4 to 5 minutes. add potatoes and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
add corned beef and worcestershire sauce. mix well
spoon mixture into baking dish. using a serving spoon, make evenly spaced
indentations about 1/2 inch deep in mixture. crack eggs one at a time and place one in each indentation. bake for 20 to 25
minutes, or until eggs cook through. MmMmMm
