Blue martini ice

items: 1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
3 tblsp gin
2 tblsp dry vermouth
1 tblsp blue curacao
6 strips fresh
lemmon zest, 1/2 lemon
Simmer water, sugar and zest in a pan until sugar desolves. remove from
heat and let cool. add gin, vermouth and curacao. discard zest. pour into popcicle mold and freeze for 24 hours.add sticks
after 1 hour of freeze time. or you can pour the mix into icecube trays...great when used in a cool glass of lemonaid!!
