Beer Bread

items: 4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tblsp baking
powder
2 tsp salt
2 eggs, lightly
beaten
12 ounces of beer....can
NOT be LIGHT!
9 x 5in loaf pan,
large mixing bowl , one small mixing bowl
mix dry ingredients in large bowl. mix wet ingredients in
the small bowl. now mix together...knead the excess flour. place in loaf pan and bake at 375 four
about an hour and ten minutes. quickly remove from pan and cool.
