Chicken in Ale

items: 4 chicken thighs
juice and zest
of one lemmon
15 fl oz pale
ale
1 tsp garlic
puree
2 tblsp olive
oil
1 tblsp chopped
parsley
1 tsp tobasco
1 tsp soy
sauce
12 whole
mixed peppercorns- crushed
large dish with
cover OR plastic wrap, grill
mix all marinade ingrediances together thoroughly and place in shallow
dish. add chicken and cover with marinade. cover and place in fridge for eight hours. remove chicken and cook on grill
for thirty minutes....basting frequently until chicken is cooked through... remove from grill and enjoy!
