Beer A La Soup
prep time: 30 to 60 min

items: 2 bottles of your favorite beer( we suggest Newcasttle)
1 tbls butter
1 to 2 eggs beaten
2 tbls flour
1 tbls sugar
1/2 lemon, juice and
chopped rinds
1/2 tsp cinammon
Open beer and let sit until flat. melt butter and add flour
and sugar. add beer lemon juice, rinds and cinammon. mix well. cook on medium heat until hot. add beaten
eggs. serve hot or chilled. mMmMmburp!
