Beer back ribs
 
prep time: 2 1/2 hours
cook time: 1 hour
items: 1/3 cup dark beer
          1/3 cup soy sause
          1/3 cup dijon mustard
          1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
          1 onion, minced
          1 tsp worcestershire sauce
          2 lbs lean pork ribs, cut crosswise by butcher
 
Preheat oven to 350. in a large bowl combine all items except the ribs. place ribs in kettel or pot and cover with salted water. bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. drain and rinse briefly under cold water. cut ribs into single pieces and place in marinade.  cover and let sit for 2 hours, basting occasionally.  place ribs meaty side up in lightly oiled baking pans. brush on marinade. bake in center of the oven for 1 hour or until tender and glazed. let cool, serve and enjoy!
