Beer Cake
prep time: 10 min
cook time: 45 to 55 min
items: 1 package of white or yellow cake mix
1 package of lemmon
or vanilla pudding
1 cup of light
or dark beer
1/4 cup liquid
shortening
4 eggs
In large bowl, mix pudding and cake mix. add in beer and shortening. mix
lightly. add eggs. beat with mixer until thick and smooth. place in baking pan and cook for 45 to 55 minutes. or until
you can poke with a fork and it comes out clean. ah yes, drunken cake.
